International Daughter’s Day

Melodies of Memory

A Night of Reflection and Love

Sunday September 28 @ 9 pm ET

An evening to honor, reflect, and remember — guided reflection, soul-stirring music, and a sacred space to celebrate love.

What's happening:

  • Guided reflection to help you connect with your memories.

  • A soul-stirring live performance of “Shon’s Wings,” born from my own journey of love & loss

  • A sacred space to feel, remember, and celebrate love. Bring tissues.

Pause. Remember. Connect.

Life moves fast — but our hearts need time to slow down and hold the moments that matter. Through guided reflection, you’ll reconnect with cherished memories and the people who shaped your journey.

This is your invitation to remember — and to let those memories bring comfort, clarity, and connection.

When Words Fall Short, Music Speaks.

Music has the power to heal in ways words cannot. You’ll experience a live performance of “Shon’s Wings” — a piece born from my own journey of love and loss — offered as a gift to help you connect with your own treasured memories.

This is your invitation to remember — and to let those memories bring comfort, clarity, and connection.

A Sacred Space to

Celebrate Love.

Together, we’ll create a space filled with compassion, remembrance, and shared humanity. Whether you come with joy, grief, or gratitude, this evening honors it all.

Bring your memories, your love, and yes — maybe some tissues. You’ll leave feeling lighter, connected, and held.

About Your Host

Musician Katrina Wright

I’ve spent over 25 years immersed in music—singing in choirs, playing euphonium in band, performing in regional and choral ensembles, and leading and arranging music in church. Today, that journey has inspired me to write my own music, creating songs that bring stories, memories, and emotions to life.

I love the timeless power of ballads and the idea of epic tales once sung in medieval days. My songwriting is story-centered, drawing from real experiences and shaping them into melodies that resonate deeply with listeners.

Beyond music, I serve as a coach, mentor, and academy director, where I bring the same gifts of deep listening and encouragement to help others find their voice. Coming from a large, complex family, I understand how history can blur the legacy of loved ones—and my music is one way I strive to honor and preserve those stories for generations to come.
